On the steep rock at Pisak a linear plot was found, luckily being parallel  with the sea line,  pressed with pine trees from behind and the sea from ahead. A composition of volumes treated in two materials has been thrown in that natural environment, white and limestone, the stone, the surrounding vista being rich in. The whole complex has sat down into a terrace-like  terrain. The design needs some changes in Regional planning to be realised and is waiting for them.

B.E.1 Stanići

The owners have two locations, cut with a road, on the slope at Stanići close to Omiš. We analysed a possible design for both of them to place a house for family living.  This plot above the road was abandoned as a variant and the one under the road was chosen. The object represents a duplex flat, and it is formed with fired-up volumes with an attractive breakthrough and unexpected interior vistas.

B.E.2 Stanići

The owners have two locations, cut with a road on the slope at Stanići close to Omiš. We analysed a possible design for both of them to place a house for family living.  This plot under the road was chosen as an option to continue designing. Since the front terrace is sheltered from the road and has big privacy, its role in active use  was  intensified and it was brought under the big console of the storey to achieve a  deep shade, for stay during summer months.  Laterally there is an atrium being cut in, which is integrating greenery deeply into the corpus of the object.

D.G. Duće

This object for family living  with 4 additional apartments to rent on the ground floor was planned on the slope and has explosive, undisturbed views on Omiš from the west side.   The living part is a duplex, on the first and the second floor. With the living room on the first floor a vista of 180° was planned to be achieved, so that on the main front a panoramic opening dominates, absorbing dramatic views, softly filtrated over a big concrete flower pot.

J.P. Omiš

A family house for three brothers, the object grown up from the terrain on the location where the roots of their family come from. The appearance is defined with a super-position of three volumes each of them oriented in its own direction and treated with a different material. In the ground floor there is an office space and a rich parking place.

A.Š. Naklice

On the edge of the abyss, far from other houses, with a breath taking view on the canon of the Cetina river, this family house is located. Each room is oriented to the south and air vista with a glass wall.  In horticultural sense rich environment continues the natural surrounding and integrates with it. Triplex volume interior is crossed with numerous horizontal and vertical  communications.  The object is equipped with advanced instalations.

G.K. Zagreb

Emergency object, the existing small, plain one is about to be removed completely. On its place a modern, mannered object with a lot of details is planned, revealing the energy of the family living in it.

P.A. Rogoznica

Finding a plain plot in the first row to the sea on the Adriatic coast is  barely possible. This object is an exception, but is limited in space, as it is actually placed in the yard of an existing house. A duplex flat is oriented to the sea to the highest degree, and the sea throws its waves to the very house.

P.P. Nemira

A foreigner who has decided to spend a greater part of the year on the Adriatic coast, forms this house with a pool, with a fragmented layout, caused by the plot shape, with a uniquely treated front, makes a newly brought  value  into the plain environment.

A.K. Omiš

Under the local road in a temporarily non-built zone this atrium object has sat down on  the ridge ergonomically, oriented around the middle, pulled in  garden. With a somewhat freer form and composition of several materials this object enjoys undisturbed views on the bay and the maritime zone of Omiš.

I.T. Krilo Jesenice

A family semi-detached object on a very steep terrain with modern lines and rich form, again each half of the semi-detached object has its atrium spreading throughout  three floors. Galleries within the  object contribute to attractive  interior vistas.
