Each good proper tooth root is more valuable than an implant. Acting in accordance with it we try to save a tooth partially with minor surgery at more-root teeth (separation or amputation). That means that we keep the better root and take the worse one away. The root having been kept, becomes the base of the prosthetic work in the therapy. Sometimes extractions are necessary, and in such cases we cooperate with surgery specialists and do implantations in accordance with a plan of prosthetic therapy. With patients from risk groups we apply a pre-medication with antibiotics.
